JANE HARTLEY DECEASED Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 ALL PERSONS having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Jane Hartley (also known as Jane Hamilton, Jane Lubomirski and Jane Edmonstone) of Mistletoe Cottage Dyer Lane Wylye Warminster Wiltshire BA12 ORW who died on the 22nd day of January 2017 are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned on or before the 12th day of August 2017 after which date the personal representatives will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
