The intent is to use this primarily on match days during the summer, but occasional other days also Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9U, to arrive by 25 June 2017; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment.
