NOTICE OF INTENDED DISTRIBUTION OF AN ESTATE
ESTATE OF ELIZABETH RUDDUCK. NSW GRANT MADE 17 AUGUST 2016.

Any person having any claim upon the estate of Elizabeth Rudduck, late of Bondi, NSW, Australia who died on 3 March 2016, must send particulars of the claim to the legal representative for the estate care of Kelvin Kwan at Locked Bag 5115 Parramatta NSW 2124, Australia or by email to kelvin.kwan@tag. nsw.gov.au within 30 days from publication of this notice. After that time and after 6 months from the date of death of the deceased, the legal representative Intends to distribute the property in the estate having regard only to the claims of which the legal representative had notice at the time of distribution. Ms Rudduck was the sister of Michael James Lowe, late of Winchester, Hampshire.
