17/0913/FUL/SF: The Fortune, Fortune Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RY Erection of 2 x 5 bed, 3 storey, detached dwellings to include basement level with below ground garage and parking lift. Reason: Green Belt
17/0955/HSE/SDI: Thatched Lodge, Green Street, Shenley, WD7 9BA. Demolition of existing garage and shed & erection of detached timber frame garage block with accommodation over to be used incidental to the main dwelling. Reason: Listed Building in the Green Belt.
17/0936/OUT/KDT: 21 Elstree Hill North, Elstree, WD6 3EL. Erection of a detached single storey education block (Outline Application to consider appearance, landscaping and layout). Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
17/0906/FUL/PDO: Church Of The Good Shepherd, Shenleybury, Shenley, WD7 9DH. Change of use of existing church hall to a Nursery with associated internal alterations. Reason: Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
