Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act: John Abbot of Cross Keys, 30-32 Kirkgate, Thirsk, YO7 1PL. Proposed variation to licensable activities: extending licensing hours and removing a condition. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. Representations concerning this application shopuld be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than 19 June, 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such and offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
