Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
(a) Milkwell (Part), Donhead St. Andrew;from its junction with A30 to its junction with C61 West End Lane;
(b) C61 West End Lane (Part), Donhead St. Andrew;from its junction with Milkwell for adistance of approximately 400m in anortherly direction to enable BT Openreach to carry out cabling works. Alternative route via C61 West End Lane (unaffected length)/Lower Street/Wardour Lane -C314 Sands Lane/Whitsans Cross -A30 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 19 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08.30 and 16.30 until 30 June 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have amaximum duration of 18 months. This Order will come into operation on 19 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
