PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of KENNETH ALEXANDER WINDER late of 100 Coniston Road, Lancaster, LA1 3NW who died on 10th day of January 2017 and for whom Letters of Administration were provided by the District Probate Registry at Liverpool on 12th day of May 2017 appointing DAENA ARRON HAYHURST and CHRISTINE ANN OLIVER. The Administrators named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 2nd August 2017 after which date the said Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then has not had notice.
