LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that RIFT Excursions LTD (STYX Bar) have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: Primarily a theatre and performance space STYX is applying for a new license to cover live theatrical performance and dance, the playing of live and recorded music, the provision of similar late night entertainment and the sale of alcohol. The new license will extend STYX's current hours of operation to 10:00 - 00:00 Monday - Thursday, Friday 10:00 - 4:00, Saturday 10:00 -04:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 00:00. All provision of entertainment and sale of alcohol will cease 30 minutes before the end of the hours of operation for the premises STYX Bar situated at 5 Ashley Road, Tottenham Hale N17 9LJ. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Licensing Team, Alexandra House, Level 6, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, London, N22 7TR. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing team at the above address, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 18/06/2017. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations can be emailed to licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
