The following licensable activities are proposed: the provision of regulated entertainment (films, live music) indoors only between 08: Saturday; th Sunday to Th 08:00 and 0:50 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 to 01:30 Friday and of late night refreshment between 23:00 and 00:30 23:00 to 01:30 Friday and Saturday; the sale of alcohol to Thursday and 08:00 to 01:30 Friday and Saturday. Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of the London Borough of Wandsworth Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Information about all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating theg rounds of representation to Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or by email to licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk by 15th June 2017. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000
