Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Prohibition of Waiting and Buses/Coaches Only Parking Space on City Walls Road, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to replace prohibition of waiting at any time with Buses/Coaches only parking 20 minutes no return within 1 hour on the following length and side of road in Worcester:
City Walls Road (west side) from a point 37 metres north of its junction with
Charles Street for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service
Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall,
Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/
representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email
roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 22 June 2017.
(Diglis Dock Road, Worcester) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2017
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will prohibit driving on the following length of road in Worcester:
Diglis Dock Road from its junction with Navigation Road for a distance of
205 metres in a northerly direction.
There will be exemptions in the Order to allow access for certain purposes. A copy of the draft Order, relevant map, Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and any affected existing regulations may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester,
WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal
office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk, to be received
by 22 June 2017.

Dedication of Bridleway Wn-735 at Land East Of Nunnery Way, Worcester Public Bridleway Creation Agreement 2016
Notice is hereby given that an agreement dated 20 January 2016 between Worcestershire County Council with St Modwen Developments Limited dedicated Bridleway WN-735 at land east of Nunnery Way, Worcester to the public. Details of the Bridleway are contained in the Agreement, a copy of which may be
inspected at County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP and at Worcester
City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB during normal office hours for a period of 28 days from the date of this notice. Copies of the Agreement and map may be purchased from County Hall at the price of £7.50.
Under Section 25, there is no right of objection. The Agreement came into effect on 10 May 2017.
(C2051 Withybed Lane, Inkberrow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2051 Withybed Lane, Inkberrow from its junction with Stonepit Lane to its junction with A422 Worcester Road in order to facilitate new water connection works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Stonepit Lane, A422 Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 19 June 2017.
(A4440 Crookbarrow Way, Worcester)(Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017
Order made: to impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A4440 Crookbarrow Way, Worcester from its junction with A44 Whittington Road Roundabout to its junction with Norton Road Roundabout, in order to facilitate
construction works of Southern Link Road dualling scheme. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 57 weeks. Commencing
27 May 2017.
