Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by James McIntosh to the sheriff at Airdrie craving the Court to order the name of Clydespeed IT Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC517131 and having its registered office at 22 Backbrae Street, Kilsyth G65 0NH, to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 17 May 2017 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
