Take notice that Moslem Jafari has applied to Bradford Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of the premises 22 Keighley Road, Bradford, BD8 7AT. A brief description of the proposed licence is as follows: Opening times and the supply of alcohol for off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours Monday to Sunday. The full application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority at the below address in normal office hours. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
