Application has been made on the 19th of May 2017 for a Premises Licence under the above Act at the above premises as follows: 1. The Provision of Late Night Refreshments each day between the hours of 23:00 and 01:00. 2.The hours the premises are open to the public each day between the hours of 09:00 and 01:00. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 16th of June 2017). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
