Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003
An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Matthew Bowman in respect of Meadowbank House, Medbourne Lane, Liddington, Wiltshire SN4 0EY.
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises
by residents of the Bed and Breakfast only Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 23:00hrs
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 16th May 2017 and 12th June 2017. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
