Re Michael Hugh Henry Cordy PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Michael Hugh Henry Cordy who died on the 1st day of October 2016 and whose will was proved in the Probate Registry of Wales of the Family Division of the High Court on the 15th day of March 2017 by Richard Henry Hunter Cordy, Jennifer Ann Sollis and Hilary George Carver the executors named in it (‘the Executors’) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is Equity Chambers John Frost Square Newport South Wales NP20 1PW on or before 23rd July 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice
