LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Coppa Club Limited has applied to Brighton & Hove City Council on 12 May 2017 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Coppa Club Restaurant, Units 12-15 (including the outside square) Brighton Square, Brighton, BN1
for the provision of late night
refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30
Monday to Sunday and the sale
by retail of alcohol from 08:00 to 23:30 Monday to Sunday, as
more particularly set out in the
application.
Any person who wishes to make
a representation in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Service, Bartholomew Square, Brighton,
BN1 1JP to be received by no later than 09 June 2017 stating
the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council's website www.brighton-hove.gov.uk or by
appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158
of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in or in connection
with an application for a premises
licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
