NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION
(A167 AND A684, NORTHALLERTON) ORDER 2017 NO 213 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in excess of 30 mph along the A167 Darlington Road, Northallerton and A684 Stokesley Road, Northallerton, in the District of Hambleton, to enable two roundabouts to be constructed.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 5 June 2017 until 31 December 2017 inclusive however it is envisaged that the restriction may be lifted before the end date. The restriction will be put into effect by notices and signs.
