Notice under Regulation 7 (2) (b) Pre-application consultation by Holder Planning on behalf of Persimmon Homes East Scotland for the following proposal;
Mixed use development comprising Residential Development, Education, Business, Industry and Storage and Distribution, Innovation Hub ('including' Classes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6), Employment Uses, Commercial Hub including Hotel, Local Retail, Cafe/Restaurant and Community Facilities, Residential Neighbourhood Centre (including use classes 1, 2, 3 & 10), Playing Fields & Changing Facilities, Public
Park(s), Construction of the Grade-Separated Junction on the A1, Roads & Foot/Cycle paths, and all Ancillary and Related Development, including improvement to Musselburgh Rail Halt on Land at Craighall, Musselburgh
A public exhibition will be held at The Brunton Hall, Ladywell Way, Musselburgh, EH21 6AF on 30th May 2017 between 3pm and 7.30pm.

Please note this notice does not relate to a planning application therefore comments should not be made to East Lothian Council at this time. The opportunity to make representations to the Council will come when a formal planning application is submitted.
