Burnham-on-Crouch Neighbourhood Development Plan PUBLICATION OF DECISION STATEMENT FOLLOWING EXAMINATION
The Independent Examiner concluded that the proposed Burnham-on-Crouch Neighbourhood Development Plan, once modified to meet all relevant legal requirements, should proceed to referendum. Maldon District Council has considered the recommendations contained within the Examiner’s report and has published a statement setting out the decisions that it has taken on each of the recommendations.
