(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.53/5/2, KIRBY MISPERTON) ORDER 2017 NO 203
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath 25.53/5/2, Kirby Misperton in the District of Ryedale (between grid reference SE76837916 and SE77087864) for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 1st June 2017 and 31st December 2017 in the interest of health and safety during the development. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
