TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 25.73/21/1 PICKERING) ORDER 2017 NO 218
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using Public Footpath 25.73/21/1 Pickering in the District of Ryedale (between grid reference SE78728405 and SE78688382) for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 5th June 2017 and 4th December 2017 due to the use of the route by builders to transport material to the site. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs and a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate.
