Notice is hereby given that I, Metropolitan Borough of Bury have applied on 5/5/17 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Radcliffe Market Hall, Blackburn St, Radcliffe M26 1PN to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10.00am - 11.00pm Friday 10.00am - 11.00pm, Saturday 10.00am - 11.00pm Sunday 10.00am- 11.00pm *and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - *Music, *Playing of recorded sound, between the following hours: Friday 10.00am - 11.00pm, Saturday 10.00am - 11.00pm, Sunday 10.00am-11.00pm.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
