The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises: 00:01 to 00:00hrs Monday to Sunday. Play recorded music 08:00 to 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday and the Provision of Late Night Refreshments 23:00-05:00 Monday to Sunday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX by 05 June 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 8:45am to 4:45pm or on the worldwide web at www.richmondshire.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
