Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the A4112 Kinnersley Church Bend, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction | Order 2017 to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 10 MPH on the A4112 Kinnersley Church Bend, Herefordshire, from grid reference 334463/249601 to grid reference 334871/249912. The said restriction is required due to highway maintenance works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said restriction will come into force on 30th May 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), or determined earlier by the Herefordshire Council, but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
