Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under it's relevant powers, to make the B4348 Approach to Clehonger speed limit, Herefordshire, Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2017 to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 10 MPH on the B4348 Approach to Clehonger speed limit, Herefordshire from grid reference 345990/237777 to grid reference 345383/237782. The said restriction is required due to highway maintenance works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said restriction will come into force on 25th May 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), or determined earlier by the Herefordshire Council, but the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
