Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5.
Sunday 15 February to Sunday 20 March 2016

The Order provides for various works to create a new railway route between Oxford and London Marylebone including remedial works to First Turn bridge in North Oxford.

Under the powers included in Clause 10 and Schedule 5 of the Order, the First Turn road bridge will remain closed until Sunday 20 March 2016 to allow for utilities diversions (back to bridge from temporary bridge) and the final finishing works (civils).
The temporary pedestrian diversion bridge will be retained during the construction works.
The vehicle diversion is via Mere Road, Godstow Road, Wolvercote roundabout and A4144 Woodstock Road and vice versa.
