(ISLIP) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 8 May 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

The effect of the Order, which comes into force on 15 May 2017, is to replace the existing 30mph speed limit throughout the village roads with 20mph - other than the length of the B4027 Wheatley Road south of its junction with Bridge Street which remains at 30mph southwards until it meets with the existing 50mph limit. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for public inspection at County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND; from 8.30am to 4.30pm weekdays, and at Kidlington Library, Oxford Road, Kidlington, OX5 2BP; Monday from 9.30am to 5pm,Tuesday 9.30am to7pm,Wednesday 9.30am to 1pm, Thursday 9.30am to 5pm, Friday 9.30am to 7pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4.30pm.
