Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Moto Hospitality Ltd has applied to Wiltshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Moto Leigh Delamere Westbound,West Bound, M4 Motorway, Chippenham, SN14 6LB.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 Monday to Sunday in the area identified on the plan which accompanies this application; sale of alcohol for consumpt on on the premises 1100 to 2300 Monday to Sunday in the area identified on the plan which accompanies this application; provision of Late Night Refreshment 2300 to 0500 the following morning in the area identified on the plan which accompanies this application; opening hours of the premises to be unlimited 0000 to 2400 Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Officer, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SN15 1ER no later than 16th February 2016 stating the grounds for representat on. The register of Wiltshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.wiltshire.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
