NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning. An electronic copy can be viewed at the Councils offices at Appletree Court, Lyndhurst 8:45-5:15 Mon to Thur and 8:45-4:45 Fri and a paper copy can be viewed by prior arrangement.
The proposed development is classified as Major Development.
17/10585 - 15-17 NUTWOOD WAY, TOTTON SO40 3SS - Warehouse extension;
raise roof height; associated external alterations.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
17/10507 - 39 JACOBS GUTTER LANE, TOTTON SO40 9FQ - Roof alterations in association with new first floor; dormer; rooflights; single-storey rear and side extension; fenestration alterations.
The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
17/10412 - COLBURY LODGE, JACOBS GUTTER LANE, ELING, TOTTON SO40 9FY -Replace mobile home (Lawful Development Certificate that permission is not required for proposal).
Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must write to the Service Manager Planning and Building Control, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice, quoting the application number. Alternatively, you can submit your comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to dev.control@nfdc.gov.uk
ALL comments received will be available for inspection on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web but they will be on the original comments on the file and available to the public if they view the paper file. Comments received may be viewable on the web for up to six years after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
