LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Kendal Rugby Union Football Club Ltd has applied to South Lakeland District Council for a Premises Licence for the sale / supply of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Singing, Dancing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound and/or late night refreshment between the following hours: 08:00 and 23:00 Sundays to Thursdays and 08:00 and 00:00 Fridays and Saturdays. The proposed closing time of the premises will be 23:00 Sundays to Thursdays and 00:00 Fridays and Saturdays.

Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 6th June 2017 to the Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UD or by emailing licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk The full application, including details of the proposed variation may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
