An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affiars for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a Discharge of Sewage Effluent into a waterway arising from Killaspeenan, 243 Moorlough Road, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, BT92 8DL.
