Notice is hereby given that on 28 April 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Alloa by Murdoch Smith Construction Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC443921 and having its registered office at West Burnside, Dollar, Clackmannanshire, FK14 7DE ("the Company") craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court, and that joint interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 28 April 2017, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Alloa Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, and in the meantime nominated and appointed Thomas Campbell MacLennan and Alexander Iain Fraser of FRP Advisory LLP, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5NB to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
