An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Mutiny in the Park Limited in respect of:

The Playing Field, Swindon Cricket Club, The County Ground County Road, SN1 2ED

Mutiny in the Park Limited are applying for a Premises Licence to operate for two days per year during one Friday & one Saturday in October of each year. For October 2017 it is intended to operate on Friday 27th & Saturday 28th. The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:

Sale of Alcohol 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



Exhibition of Films 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



Performance of Live Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



Playing of Recorded Music 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



Performance of Dance 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



Hours open to the public 12:00hrs - 23:00hrs



The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 03/05/2017 and 30/05/2017. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to licensing@swindon.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
