NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having claim against or an interest in the Estate of Mary Chapman deceased, late of Greenhall Household Belong Warrington, Lousers Lane, Warrington, WA4 6RX who died on the 22nd day of February 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Solicitors acting for the Executors Cyril Morris Arkwright, Capitol House, 51 Churchgate, Bolton BL1 1LY and to send such particulars not later than the 18th day of July 2017 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Executors have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
