appointed Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition
Sheriff Deutsch by Interlocutor dated 5th May 2017 appointed the said Kenneth Pattullo, Provisional
Liquidator with the Powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the
Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed
all persons having an interest to
