Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the A4110 Bend at Rosebank Cottage, | Canon Pyon, HEREFORDSHIRE Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from the. A4110 FROM LONG BRIDGE TO C1109, CANON PYON, HEREFORDSHIRE. Grid Ref: from 346477/248382 -346628/248145. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via A4103 Roman Road onto the A480 towards Sarnesfield, onto the A4112 then onto the A44 and vice versa. The said closure is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 26th May 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
