THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FEARNLEY STREET, WATFORD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Fearnley Street, Watford from its junction with A4178 The Hornets north westwards for a distance of approximately 30 metres ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via A4178 (Fearnley Street/Farraline Road/Wiggenhall Road/ Merton
Road/Cassio Road), Whippendell Road, Addiscombe Road and Fearnley Street.
The Order is needed because duct installation works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 May 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.
A copy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN RICKMANSWORTH AND CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of A404 Chorleywood Road, Rickmansworth/A404 Rickmansworth, Chorleywood from its junction with the A412 Park Road/A412 Rectory Road roundabout north westwards to its junction with the M25 (junction 18 southbound slip road leading onto the southbound carriageway of A404 Rickmanswoith Road, a distance of approximately 2350 metres.

An alternative route will be viaA412 (Rectory Road/Uxbridge Road/DenhamWay), M25 (junction 19), A411 (Hempstead Road/Hyde Road/The Avenue), and A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road/Scots Hill/Park Road).
2. the A412 Park Road/A412 Rectory Road roundabout, Rickmansworth from its junction with

A412 Park Road clockwise for its entire length.
An alternative route will be viaA412 (Rectory Road/Uxbridge Road/DenhamWay), M25 (junction 19), A411 (Hempstead Road/Hyde Road/The Avenue), and A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road/Scots Hill/Park Road).
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 15 May 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane/Tolpits Lane), Watford/A4145 Tolpits Lane, Rickmansworth and A4145 Moor Lane, Moor Park from its junction with A4178 Fearnley Street south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with the A404 London Road roundabout ("the Road"), a distance of approximately 5680 metres.
An alternative route will be via A4178 (Farraline Road/Wiggenhall Road/Merton Road/Cassio Road), A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road/Watford Road/Scots Hill/ Park Road/Recto^ Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street) andA404 London Road.
The Order is needed because carriageway resurfaing works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 June 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near
the Road.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (NORTH WESTERN AVENUE, WATFORD)
(RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (REVOCATION) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council proposes under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to revoke a short section of existing waiting restriction in North
Western Avenue, Watford, to facilitate an extension to a lay-by as specified in the Schedule to
this Notice.

THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS AND FOOTPATHS IN WATFORD, CARPENDERS PARK, BUSHEY HEATH, SOUTH OXHEY, RICKMANSWORTH, HUNTON BRIDGE AND MAPLE CROSS) ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be:-
1. To prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths

of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
a) that length of Buckingham Road, Watford from its junction with Parkgate Road north westwards and westwards to its junction with Sandringham Road, a distance of approximately 143 metres.

An alternative route will be via Parkgate Road and Sandringham Road.
b) that length of The Mead, Carpenders Park from its junction with Delta Gain north eastwards to its junction with Foxleys, a distance of approximately 468 metres.

An alternative route will be via Delta Gain, Carpenders Avenue and Foxleys.
c) that length of Hangar Ruding, Carpenders Park from its junction with Leigh Rodd north westwards and south eastwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via Leigh Rodd and Hangar Ruding.
d) that length of Phillipers, Watford from its junction with Bowmans Green north eastwards

to its junction with Lea Bushes, a distance of approximately 130 metres. An alternative route will be via Bowmans Green, Fairfolds and Phillipers.
e) that length of Caractacus Green, Watford from its junction with High View north eastwards, north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via High View, Healey Road and CharlockWay.
f) that length of Thorpe Crescent, Watford from its northernmost junction nwith A4125 Eastbury Road south eastwards, south westwards and north westwards to its southernmost junction with A4125 Eastbury Road, a distance of approximately 461 metres.

An alternative route will be via A4125 Eastbury Road.
g) that length of Florida Close, Bushey Heath from its junction with California Lane south

westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the
duration of the works.
h) that length of Lytham Avenue, South Oxhey from its junction with B4542 Little Oxhey Lane south eastwards to its junction with Wentworth Drive, a distance of approximately 341 metres.

An alternative route will be via B4542 Little Oxhey Lane and Ilkley Road.
i) that length of Colne Avenue, Rickmansworth from a point 100 metres north west of its junction with A412 Uxbridge Road clockwise for its entire length.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the
duration of the works.
j) the service road fronting Nos.115-165 Uxbridge Road, Rickmansworth from its westernmost junction with A412 Uxbridge Road south eastwards, north eastwards and north westwards to its easternmost junction with A412 Uxbridge Road, a distance of approximately 205 metres.
An alternative route will be viaA412 Uxbridge Road.
k) that length of Old Mill Road, Hunton Bridge from its junction with A41 Hempstead Road north
westwards for a distance of approximately 190 metres. An alternative route will be viaA41 Hempstead Road, the A41 North Western Avenue/A411
Hempstead Road roundabout, A41 (Hempstead Road/Watford Road), Bridge Road and Old Mill Road.
2. To prohibit all pedestrians from using the following lengths of footpath ("the Footpaths"):-

a) the footpath situated on the east side of Nos.406-412 Croxley View, Watford from its junction with Kimble Close north westwards for a distance of approximately 25 metres.

There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out.
b) the footpath fronting Nos.158-172 Denham Way, Maple Cross from

its junction with Woodland Road south westwards for a distance of approximately 72 metres. There is no alternative route available for pedestrians when the works are being carried out. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads
and Footpaths.
THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF MERRY HILL ROAD, BUSHEY)
ORDER 2017
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using that length of Merry Hill Road, Bushey from a point 313 metres north west of its junction with Victoria Road north westwards for a distance of approximately 45 metres ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Merry Hill Road, School Lane, A411 (High Street/London Road) and Merry Hill Road.
The Order is needed because gas connection works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 30 May 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near
the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. that length of A41 (Hempstead Road/Watford Road), Hunton Bridge from its junction with the A41 North Western Avenue/A411 Hempstead Road roundabout north westwards to its junction with the A41 (unnamed road)/M25 (junction 20) roundabout, a distance of approximately 1886 metres.

An alternative non-motorway route will be via A411 (Hempstead Road/Hyde Road/The Avenue), A412 St Albans Road, A41 North Western Avenue, A405 (North Orbital Road/St Albans Road/North Orbital Road), A414 (unnamed road/Breakspear Way/St Albans Road), A4146 Station Road and
A4251 (London Road/Hempstead Road/High Street/Watford Road)
An alternative motorway route will be via M25, A405 (North Orbital Road/St Albans Road/North Orbital Road) and A41 North Western Avenue.
2. the A41 North Western Avenue/A411 Hempstead Road roundabout, Hunton Bridge from its junction with A41 North Western Avenue clockwise for its entire length.

An alternative route will be via A41 North Western Avenue, A412 St Albans Road and A411
Hempstead Road.
The Order is needed because resurfacing works are proposed to be executed on or near
the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 1 June 2017 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near
the Roads.
