Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U80033 Park Street, Hereford, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U80033 Park Street from the junction of U80031 Hampton Street to junction U80030 Harold Street OS Grid Ref: 351773 / 239344. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the
U80030 Harold Street onto the U80024
Green Street and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the disconnection of the existing water service and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 8th May 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
