Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the U66009 The Crozens Road, Hereford, Temporary Closure Order 2017 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the following road: U66009 The Crozens Road from the junction with the C1118 near Crozen Cottages to the junction with Felton Court Road OS Grid Ref: 357766 / 248877. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1118 at Crozen Cottages onto the A417 onto Felton Court Road and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of an air valve and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 15th May 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
