Notice of Temporary Traffic Order Oxford, Charles Street
Temporary Prohibition ofWaiting Date of Order: 2 May 2017 Coming into force: 8 May 2017 This Order is being introduced because of development works that require ease of access for the site.The works are anticipated to take 6 months to complete.The effect of the Order is to temporarily extend the prohibition of waiting in Charles Street from Iffley Road, extending the current double yellow lines for a total of 28 meters on the north side and 31 meters on the south side. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the prohibition is in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
