Closure) Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of C2047 Station Road, Offenham, from its junction with Merry Lane to its junction with B4085 Blackminster in order to facilitate BT Openreach works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4085 Blackminster, B4085 Station Road, C2050 Long Hyde Road, C2050 Bennetts Hills, Merry Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 7 May 2017.
(A4184 Cheltenham Road, Evesham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of A4184 Cheltenham Road, Evesham from its junction with C2275 Davies Road to its junction with U44668
Thistledown in order to facilitate carriageway
re-surfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2275 Davies Road, C2284 Link Road, A46 Evesham Bypass, A4184 Cheltenham Road
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 30 May 2017.
(Shor Street, Evesham)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
Order made: to close that part of Shor Street,
Evesham, from its junction with B4035 Port Street to its junction with The Leys in order to facilitate Severn
Trentworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4035 Port Street, Northwick Road, The Leys and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 8 May 2017.
(District of Wychavon Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting on Chapel Street, Evesham]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke limited waiting Monday - Saturday 8.00am -6.30pm no return within 2 hours on the following
length and side of road in Evesham:
Chapel Road (west side) from a point 39 metres
north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of
21 metres in a northerly direction.
*NB This Order is being made to make provision for a
bus stand 8.00am - 6.00pm from a point 39 metres
north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of
21 metres in a northerly direction and upgrading of
existing bus stop to include a clearway restriction 8.00am - 6.00pm from a point 26 metres north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order
(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for
certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be
inspected at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4SB and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any
objections/representations you may have must be
sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 1 June 2017.
(Harpley Road, Defford, Evesham)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of Harpley Road,
Defford Evesham from its junction with Church Road
to its junction with Church Lane in order to facilitate
new water connection works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Harpley Road, Crown Lane, A4104
Upton Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 31 May 2017.
