close under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of
41410 Rowley from the junction with Chapel Street to outside Number
1 Rowley, a total distance of approximately 40 metres
The reason for the closure is for the installation of utilities to a new
development
The road is expected to be closed on 10th May 2017 until
31st May 2017 or until the works have been completed. For further

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council with the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport, have made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984(asamended)the following length ofpublic footpath CDU 11 from opposite The Priory and running generally northerly for approximately270 metresjustnorth ofthe formerListerbuildings The closure is necessaryto protect the public when demolition of the surrounding buildings is carried out
This temporary closure Order came into force on the 23rd October 2014 however, it has been necessary to apply for an extension as the works were not completed. The current closure ended on the 23rd April 2017 Works have still not completed, and a further extension has been granted, and will last for a further year until 23rd April 2018 There is no alternative route
