Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Cranhill Park to Hogganfield Loch Link including Cranhill Park, Croftcroighn Park with connections through both Cranhill and Ruchazie for Implementation of Surface Water Management Plans including enhanced landscaping and water drainage features such as wetland / pond creation, grassland improvements, tree planting, de-culverting sections of existing watercourses, wayfinding and path improvements. A public meeting will be held at Cranhill Park on Tuesday 16th May 2017 between 12:00-18:30 hrs, Croftcroighn Park on Wednesday 17th May 2017 12:00-18:30 hrs, Cranhill Community Centre on Wednesday 31st May 2017 from 17:00-19:30 hrs and at Ruchazie Parish Church Hall on Monday 5th June 2017 from 17:00-19:30 hrs. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
