NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Shumaila Iftikhar T/A Shumate's Hair & Beauty Salon has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Special Treatment Licence for: Body Massage, IPL, Manicure, Pedicure, Electrolysis (Hair Removal), Facials and Waxing Licence for the premises: Shumalla's Hair & Beauty Salon, Unit 3, Tesco Parade, Gainsborough Road, London, E111HT. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Neighbourhoods And Commissioning, Sycamore House, Town Hall Complex, Walthamstow E17 4JF WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PUBLICATION specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
