THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Twitchells Lane, Jordans in the Parish of Chalfont St. Giles CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2017 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Twitchells Lane from Newbarn Lane to Wilton Lane. Alternative route: Newbarn Lane, Chalfont Road, School Lane, Bayne Hill and Long Bottom Lane. The closure is required whilst resurfacing works take place commencing on 22nd May 2017. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22nd May 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 12 May 2017

The council has made Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) (Various roads, South Bucks District) Order, 2017, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [South Bucks District] as specified in the Schedule below. The closures are required whilst resurfacing and micro works take place between [22 May 2017] and [31 August 2017]. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 May 2017 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE - "AR" = Alternative Route River Road & Ellington Road, Taplow commencing from Bath Road(A4) to the private road. 0700 hours and 1900 hours. AR- Bath road. This closure will take place in five different phases Dukes Wood Drive, Service Road, Gerrards Cross entire length of the road. 1900 hours and 0600 hours. AR- Dukes Wood Drive. This closure will take place in four different phases.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges in the Parish ofStoke Poges CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThrough Traffic)Order, 2017 which willtemporarilyprohibitany vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rogers Lane from the junction of Duffield Lane to outside The Stoke Poges School. The closure is required whilst installation of ducting and chamber works take place commencing on29thMay2017. TheproposedOrderwillcomeinto operation on 29th May 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Station Road, Gerrards Cross in the Parish of Gerrards Cross CP) (Temporary Prohibition ofThroughTraffic)Order, 2017 whichwilltemporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Station Road from between Marsham Road and a point 40m west of Marsham Road. Alternative route: Marsham Lane, Oak End Way, South Park, Packhorse Road and Station Road. The closure is required to facilitate the provision of a large crane to service development works commencing on 12 May 2017. The proposed Orderwill come into operation on 12 May 2017, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated: 12 May 2017

The effect ofthe Order, which comes into operationon12May2017,istoimposea40milesperhour speed restriction on the lengths ofroad specified below. A copy of the Order and plans showing the lengths ofroad referred to, together with the Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected on the Council website under consultations and at County Hall, Aylesbury. If you believe the Order is invalid because it does not comply with the legal requirements, you can apply to the High Court by 19 June 2017. Framewood Road, Wexham from a point 144 metres south of its junction with Fulmer Common Road to a point 27 metres north of its junction with Rowley Lane. Hollybush Hill, Wexham from its junction with Framewood Road to a point 34 metres west ofthis junction.
