TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.16) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part-width of Manning Avenue,comprising turning head, at Manning Avenue in the Borough of Christchurch. This is to enable development as permitted by Christchurch Borough Council, reference 8/16/1241/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport
Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/2718) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Christchurch Borough Council (planning administration team), Civic Offices,Bridge Street, Christchurch BH23 1AZ.
Any person aggrieved byor desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the aboveAct or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 11 May 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
