Lonesome Pine Ltd has applied to Purbeck District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Beaconfield Middle Road, Lytchett Matravers Poole, Dorset BH16 6HJ And propose to carry on the following activities:-Sale of Alcohol and a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description) and/or late night refreshment
Applications are available for public inspection at Purbeck District Council Westport House Worgret Road, Wareham Dorset BH204PP or on www.dorsetfbryou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted by the 25ri May 2017. It is an offence to recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum line for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005)
