NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council intends to apply the Group 13 VAT exemption in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 to the supply of a right of admission to any eligible museum, gallery, art exhibitions, zoo or theatrical, musical or choreographic performances of a cultural nature in the City/District/Borough Rossendale. Any representations or objections by any commercial supplier of similar services (specifying the grounds on which they are made) relating to the proposals must be made in writing and should be sent to Lancashire Music Service, The Woodlands Centre, Southport Road, CHORLEY PR7 1QR or by email to lancs.music@lancashire.gov.uk before the 31 May 2017.
