Application Number 2017/30275 Proposal: Householder-Proposed garage conversion and new rear balcony Location: 4, New Road, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 9DY Applicant Ms. Kattiy Jones

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Application Number 2017/30307 Proposal: Listed Building - Listed Building application for five new dwellings in paddock to south of Lymm Hall - re submission of applications 2016/28761 and 2016/28762 Location: Lymm Hall, Rectory Lane, Lymm, Warrington Applicant: Mark and Elizabeth, Paul and Mary Cottrill

The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as tie proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Any correspondence received will be open to public inspection or referred to in meetings open to the public.
