NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having claim against or an interest in the Estate of Kenneth Thorpe deceased, late of Cambria Street Bolton who died on the 27th day of March 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Solicitors acting for the Executrices Cyril Morris Arkwright, Capitol House, 51 Churchgate, Bolton BL1 1LY and to send such particulars not later than the 13th day of July 2017 after which date the Executrices will distribute the Estate among the persons entitled there to having regard only to the claims and interests of which the Executrices have had notice and will not as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
